Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7–14 days of the date you receive your order (depending on your local laws and store policy). To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear, socks, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or altered products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the provided return address (return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect).
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated time, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or product defects (subject to availability). To request an exchange, please contact us before sending the product back.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
